Good morning! All of us have within that old sin nature a tendency to hoard and not to share. Today let us look at sharing as a part of our journey toward the Spirit-led life we now desire. We can set our mind at ease that somehow the Holy Spirit or the Good News will run out, like some kind of big tap with a limited tank. No, there is more than enough of the Holy Spirit to fill every heart who will invite him in. There is plenty of Good News, more than enough for every one. We can ask for a double helping of the Spirit of God, and he will gladly give it to us, praise God! In this life, we often must hold back from double helpings of the things we enjoy. In the Spirit we can have more and never get over-filled. We can get more of God’s love and never fear becoming burned out or jaded. Hallelujah, give us more of the love of Jesus, grant us more of the Holy Spirit! All the Lord asks is that we share. Why would that be so difficult? We point to a rich man and say that it is easy for him to be generous, he has more than enough. Exactly! It is just the same with the riches of the Holy Spirit that God has poured out upon us. Share and enjoy the wealth of the Good News of Jesus! Give all that you can of the love of Jesus and you will receive more than you can imagine in return. Dance for joy, we are rich, rich, rich! How shall we spend the wealth of the Spirit today?
Share the wealth of the Lord, feel the love of Jesus!
