These things I command you, that you love one another. John 15:17
Owe no one anything except to love one another, for he who loves another has fulfilled the law. Romans 13:8
As for what love is and is not, Paul gives us much help with that in 1 Corinthians 13. We may wonder how to fulfill this law without messing up the least jot or tittle, but not for long as Jesus gave to us the commandment to fulfill it. Paul then passes this along in his letter to the Romans. The new-found love we have from the Spirit of God in us imparts to us a desire to love God and one another. How sweet it is that this also fulfills that rather large and complex thing passed down by Moses called the Law.
Jesus is the way, and He shows us the way!
